Refund policy

If you're not satisfied with your order, don't hesitate to reach out to us with questions. We hope to make your order right for you! For non-custom items, returns are accepted within 30 days. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. You can expect a refund to be issued in 1-3 days upon receipt of the item. Custom items (text or logo) are unfortunately not returnable.
